1. Fee includes accommodation in the campus; breakfast, lunch, dinner, conference kit, transportation from city to campus. Accommodation will be arranged once registration is confirmed on a first-cum-first- serve basis.

2. Participants wishing to stay outside the campus will have to bear the expenses themselves.

Please note that fee once paid will not be refunded. If the conference is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances the registration fee will be refunded with bank transaction cost for the preparation of DD.
