Dr. Prathap Reddy is a doctorate (Fellow) from Indian institute of Management, Ahmadabad with specialization in Organizational Behaviour & MSc (Ag) Agronomy & BSc (Ag) from ANGRAU, Hyderabad. He has over 30 years of experience in teaching, training, research & consultancy. Was Director of Institute of Rural Management, Anand IRMA), Gujarat (2002-2006) and as Professor and Senior Professor during 1989-2002. Dr. Reddy has published two books and over 60 papers. He has served as a consultant to both national and international agencies such as FAO, UNICEF, Netherlands Embassy in India, NDDB, many NGOs and Cooperatives, and Governments of Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Kerala. Designed and conducted over 20 different types of training programmes in the areas of General Management (3 months GMP at IRMA, Anand), HRD, Change management, Community Leadership, and Rural Enterprises.
