Papers submitted for the conference should be typed in English Time’s New Roman, font size 10 and typed in double space only on one side of the paper with a wide margin.

The editor and at least two members of the editorial board/ Advisory board would review the paper. The authors name and affiliation are removed before the paper sent to a referee.

With the submission of the paper, the following items should be included in the first page :

Cover page-showing title of the manuscript, the author’s name, affiliation, and full addresses with e-mail ID including acknowledgement if any.

Information about the author (s) up to 100 words each, including qualifications, written on a separate sheet to appear at manuscript end.

Abstract of up to 100 – 150 words.

Five or fewer key words.

Running heads, if title is of more than 10 words.

Acknowledgements and information on grants received can be given in a footnote on the first page of the manuscript.

Section headers are left justified with Arabic numerals. Only the first word is capitalized. Headers are in boldface type, and subheads are in italics. The structure of the paper should tentatively follow the following heads:

Mathematical Notations, Tables and Figures:
Mathematical notations should be clearly explained within the text. Equations should be centered on the page. If equations are numbered type the number in the parentheses flush with the right margin. If equations are too lengthy or wide to fit in a single column, indicate appropriate breaks. Each table and diagram should be given in a separate sheet indicating table and figure placement within the text. Tables must be numbered consequently with Roman numerals and figures must be titles and numbered consequently with Arabic numerals.

Foot Notes and References: If the material is worth including in the paper, it should be incorporated into the text. Footnotes in the text must be numbered consequently and typed on a separate page, double-spaced, following the reference section.
References should be double-spaced and attach on a separate sheet. The reference list follows any appendices to the paper. Everything in the list of references should be cited in the text, with no discrepancies in the spelling of the authors’ names or in the date of publication. In the reference list, there are no quotation marks, no underlines, and no italics. The authors’ last names and first initials are used. Only the first word of an article title is capitalized. Book and journal titles take normal initial capitals. The reference list is in alphabetical order by author, and multiple works by the same author are in chronological order.
