The Integrated MBA-Ph.D. Program is a five-year, full-time residential program designed to enhance the skills and competencies of talented and ambitious scholars to prepare them to take up academic responsibilities.

The objectives of the program are to:

• Provide high quality management education to students undergoing the program

• Develop management teachers well equipped with the skills required for imparting education to business school students

• Enable research scholars to develop research proposals and complete their Ph.D. thesis.
